Made-to-Order and Fulfilled Products

Some Kiyenna products are made to order, while others are produced in advance and shipped from inventory. Made-to-order items are created specifically after an order is placed, while inventory items ship shortly after checkout. Because fulfillment methods vary by product, production and shipping times may differ.

Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Product Information

We strive to display product descriptions, images, colors, and sizing information as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen displays and production methods, slight variations in color, size, or print placement may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Orders, Shipping, and Fulfillment

Orders may require processing and production time before shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or other factors beyond our control.

Returns and Exchanges

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photo documentation.
