Return and Claim Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

At Kiyenna, all orders are fulfilled within the United States. Please review our return and claim policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Claims must include clear photo documentation of the issue.

For packages that are lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Approved claims caused by production or fulfillment errors will be resolved at no cost to you, either through a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


2. Reporting a Problem

3. Returns & Return Authorization

Please contact us before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.


4. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs once the correct address is confirmed.

Orders returned due to incorrect address information or failure to claim the shipment are not eligible for a refund.


5. Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments returned to our fulfillment partner may incur reshipment costs. If reshipment is not requested within 30 days, the item may be donated without refund.


6. Donations of Unclaimed Returns

Unclaimed or undeliverable returns that remain unresolved after 30 days may be donated to charity. No refunds are issued for donated items.
