For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Any claims deemed our error will be covered at our expense.
2. Problem Reporting
If you notice any issues, please submit a problem report so we can assist you promptly.
3. Return Address and Unclaimed Returns
You will receive an automated email notification for returned shipments.
Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
4. Wrong Address
Shipments returned due to an insufficient address will incur reshipment costs after address confirmation.
If you use a different return address, you will be liable for any returned shipments.
Returned orders due to a wrong address or unclaimed shipments will be donated to charity at your cost, without refund.
5. Unclaimed Shipments
Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will incur reshipment costs.

We do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are at your expense.
Customers in Brazil must contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt for a return, providing a picture of the item.
